This site was born from a sudden realization: after years of running at full speed—juggling high-demand work, family, and everything in between—it was finally time to slow down, re-center, and reclaim my own well-being.
Like many modern women, I spent years trying to do it all. My life was a relentless cycle of leading teams in big tech as a remote freelancer for 13 years, navigating a major cross-European move, raising a teenager, and acting as a dedicated caregiver for a parent with dementia. The intense pace—from school volunteering to therapy sessions—left me constantly teetering on the edge of burnout.
The forced career pause was a shock, but it became a crucial turning point. It took months to realize just how depleted I was and that my energy wasn’t there for the grand plans I’d made. I learned I needed a new kind of productivity—one that started with health, boundaries, and self-care.
